- Develop and execute business development strategies to surpass revenue targets.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships by understanding their unique business needs.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to spot trends, analyze competitors, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to align strategies for maximum impact.
- Lead and supervise a team of online bidding professionals, offering guidance, training, and performance assessments.
- Formulate and implement winning bidding strategies to secure projects on various platforms.
- Engage with clients on bidding platforms to clarify project requirements and negotiate terms effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our solutions.
- Create detailed proposals and quotes showcasing the benefits of our offerings.

Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in software business development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in email marketing campaigns, cold calling, online bidding platforms, LinkedIn, and other relevant business development platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
