This enterprise-wide rollout presented significant challenges, including ensuring data integrity during migration, validating intricate financial and operational workflows across diverse global teams and time zones, and guaranteeing compliance with various regulatory standards. The primary need was for robust quality assurance leadership to mitigate risks, coordinate extensive testing phases (Unit, Functional, Integration, UAT, Parallel), manage a large cross-functional team, and achieve a smooth, disruption-free go-live.

Our leadership in the QA function was instrumental in the successful ERP transformation for REEF Technologies:
ERP Test Strategy & Execution Leadership: We meticulously designed and executed the overarching test strategy for the entire ERP lifecycle. This comprehensive approach covered Unit, Functional, Integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Parallel testing, with a specific focus on critical financial, project management, and operational workflows.
Team Leadership Across Time Zones: I effectively managed and mentored a diverse, cross-functional testing team comprising 15+ resources (8 offshore QAs, 3 onshore QAs, and 4 Business Analysts). This enabled rapid team ramp-up and the efficient delivery of key testing milestones, even within compressed project timelines.
Business Process Verification & Traceability: In close collaboration with Business Analysts, we defined a robust requirement traceability matrix. This ensured comprehensive test coverage for all critical modules and allowed us to deliver audit-ready documentation for external auditors like Deloitte and KPMG, supporting adherence to stringent financial controls.
Legacy Transition & Integration Testing: We successfully addressed the inherent complexities of transitioning from Navision to Dynamics F&O. This involved rigorous validation of data migration processes and thorough verification of key finance workflows. Furthermore, we led API testing for crucial MuleSoft integrations using Postman and ensuring the integrity of file-based systems.
Cutover Planning & Production Readiness: We provided integral support to the Cutover Lead in planning and executing deployment activities. This included coordinating essential dry runs and the final go-live execution, ensuring a seamless rollout with minimal business disruption.
Defect Management & Business Collaboration: We actively facilitated defect triage sessions with key stakeholders to efficiently resolve both functional and non-functional issues. Our process involved prioritizing defect resolution and maintaining complete risk transparency across the entire program, fostering collaborative problem-solving.
UAT Coordination Across Regions: I led and coordinated User Acceptance Testing efforts with finance teams spanning Turkey, the UK, and the USA. This critical phase ensured formal business sign-off, achieved through structured validation processes, effective feedback loops, and comprehensive final approval documentation.
Test Governance & Reporting: We delivered complete and comprehensive test reporting packages. These included detailed execution summaries, accurate defect logs, robust traceability matrices, and formal UAT sign-off reports, all crucial for audit purposes and ongoing compliance.
