End-to-End Testing & Go-Live Support: We led the comprehensive testing efforts for both the Core Data Hierarchy Management and Mobile Asset Scanning workstreams. Test Management & Traceability: Effective management of requirement traceability was achieved using Azure DevOps. This crucial step ensured that every test case was directly linked to a specific business requirement, providing complete transparency and completeness across the entire development lifecycle.
Defect Management & Issue Resolution: We spearheaded regular triage meetings and maintained close collaboration with the development teams. Utilizing tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, we efficiently logged, tracked, analyzed, and resolved defects, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
Project Management Support: Our team provided essential support in project planning, diligent execution tracking, and effective stakeholder communications. This ensured that all testing activities remained perfectly aligned with the overall project timelines and critical go-live targets, contributing to a cohesive project flow.
