The situation
The engagement involved a $10M+ enterprise application supporting Boeing's global supplier network. The technology environment included large-scale application testing, global stakeholder participation, enterprise data migration, test-management modernization and downstream cloud-hosted applications.

What the work involved
The role led enterprise application testing for an application serving more than 10,000 Boeing suppliers across more than 50 countries, coordinating international testing teams of 12 onshore and 8 offshore resources.
- Test cyclesMore than 750 test cases and 8,000 test steps executed across six major test cycles.
- User acceptanceThree UAT cycles led.
- Test managementTest management migrated from HP Quality Centre to Azure DevOps.
