Context
The situation
The engagement involved a $3M Microsoft Dynamics F&O implementation replacing legacy Navision across Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Delivery spanned several countries, delivery partners and integrated systems, with audit and compliance requirements, HR and payroll data flows and a cutover from the legacy platform.
The work
What the work involved
The role acted as the client-side QA authority, challenging design gaps, coverage, data readiness and defect triage while leading a 15-person global QA team across offshore, onshore and business-analysis resources.
- Test strategyEnd-to-end strategy across system testing, SIT, regression and UAT.
- User acceptanceUAT coordinated with more than 50 international HR and Finance users.
- TraceabilityFull requirements-traceability coverage across relevant modules.
- IntegrationsMore than 25 MuleSoft API integrations tested using Postman automation, and UKG integrations validated for HR, payroll and time-tracking data flows.
- CutoverMock cutovers, dependency mapping and release planning.
- Multi-party deliveryCollaboration with KPMG and Deloitte in the delivery environment to meet audit and compliance requirements.
