ERP Implementation Expert

ZA Technologies is a Canadian technology company that helps organizations plan, deliver and stabilize technology in complex operating environments. We are looking for an ERP Implementation Expert to help clients implement and improve ERP systems so they support how the business actually works.

You will work across business and technical teams to connect process design, configuration, integration, testing and operational readiness.

• Lead or support ERP implementation and improvement projects from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
• Run requirements and process workshops with business stakeholders.
• Translate business processes into ERP design and configuration decisions.
• Plan and support data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Work with integration teams on interfaces between the ERP and other business systems.
• Plan and coordinate system, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare cutover plans, training material and go-live support.
• Identify risks and issues early and communicate them clearly to project leadership.

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, including at least two full lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on functional or technical experience with a major ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite or Infor.
• Strong understanding of core processes such as finance, procurement, inventory, projects or maintenance.
• Experience with data migration, testing and cutover planning.
• Strong facilitation, documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
