The situation
The engagement involved an $8M government digital transformation and ERP legacy-system migration, delivered with an eight-person cross-functional team.
Moving off a legacy system required quality, risk and delivery control across vendors, stakeholders and government officials, through cutover and into go-live.

The role developed the overall test strategy and plan, and led the eight-person cross-functional team through the legacy-system migration.

- ValidationQuality audits, SME validation and integration testing were coordinated across the program.
- Cutover readinessCutover planning, mock cutovers and go-live readiness checkpoints.
- CoordinationVendors, stakeholders and government officials were coordinated around delivery.
- Executive reportingTest status, defect summaries and risk reporting were presented to executive and program leadership, with Azure DevOps used for test tracking, defect management and reporting.
