Context
The situation
The engagement involved a $4M Workday integration program connecting enterprise applications through MuleSoft, within a broader environment supporting more than 65,000 users.
The integration environment included more than 40 API connections between Workday and the surrounding application ecosystem, so quality depended on how reliably information moved between systems, not only on how each application behaved.

The role architected the testing strategy and test architecture for Workday integration within UBC's Application Ecosystem Program.
